Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- For Cash on Delivery orders, 20% of the final amount is to be paid in advance for orders below Rs. 10,000, and 15% of the final amount is to be paid in advance for orders above Rs. 10,000.
- Cash on Delivery can only take place on an order value of Rs. 549 and above.
- For cash on delivery orders, a minimum order of Rs. 549 is required and 20% of the final amount is to be paid in advance.
Refusal / Failed Delivery (Orders above Rs. 10,000)
If you refuse to accept the delivery of the order, or the order is returned because of:
- Wrong address
- Unanswered calls
- No response from the customer
…there will be a 50% penalty deducted from the advance amount before the refund is processed. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 days after the return of the shipment.
Refusal / Failed Delivery (Orders below Rs. 10,000)
For orders below Rs. 10,000, there will be no refund if they are returned to us.
Cancellation After Advance Payment
If you choose to cancel the order after making the advance payment, there will be a 50% penalty deducted from the paid advance amount before the refund is processed.
Shipping / Delivery Terms and Conditions
Products
- We dispatch orders within the same business day.
- A tracking link is provided via email / WhatsApp after order confirmation / completion.
- We try hard and make the best of our efforts to deliver your ordered products in excellent condition and in the fastest possible time.
- All shipments usually get delivered within 5–10 working days from the shipment date (except during natural calamities, pandemics, and festivals). Non-metro cities may take longer than usual.
- We do not ship orders on Sundays. Non-working days are not counted.
- We keep you notified through email / WhatsApp notifications, so please keep checking your email / WhatsApp.
Return / Refund / Repair / Cancellation
- Once your order is delivered, there are absolutely no returns / refunds.
- The delivered product (covered under Manufacturer Warranty) is guaranteed to be exactly as described and in working condition.
- If your delivered product is not as described or not in working condition, email us at GADGETSKABILA@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the required proof.
- In such cases, please record an unboxing / unpacking video of your order, including the packaging label, to establish proof. A replacement will be issued only after validating the necessary information. A reverse pickup will be arranged by us for a smooth return process (if applicable).
Imported Products
For imported products, we do not provide any replacement policy. Only repair is possible in the following conditions:
- Manufacturing issues, or
- Dead on Arrival (DOA)
We do not provide any additional warranty. Always check with chat support for better information.
Refund on Cancellation
- Any refund requested by the customer will attract a penalty under the refund rules / policy.
- The Company provides refund / replacement only in case of faulty and damaged condition, after investigation.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed only through the same mode of payment used during the transaction (i.e., to the same account).

- Cheques will be made as per the billing name provided.
- For non-delivered items, refunds will be processed only on confirmation that the product was not delivered to you and you choose to take a refund and are not interested in any other product.
